The MaxQ mixed-use development site is designed to transform 70 acres of vacant land on the Kirtland Air Force Base into approximately 1 million square feet of office, laboratory, and hospitality space.
While technically on Kirtland AFB, MaxQ is not behind the security fence, and tenants will be accessible to the public. The development plans to have a dedicated pedestrian gate providing secure access to Kirtland Air Force Base (AFB). Facilities within MaxQ will include both secure and unsecure office and lab space.
